Shipment dates

When your plant ships

We dispatch once a week, every Monday, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. A statutory holiday pushes that week's shipment to Tuesday. Any order placed by the end of Friday is guaranteed to go out the following Monday. Weekend orders usually make the same batch, but Friday is the cutoff we promise.

Typical transit times

British Columbia 1–2 days Alberta about 2 days Saskatchewan & Manitoba about 3 days Ontario & Quebec 3–4 days Atlantic Canada 4–5 days Northern Territories 3–5 days to the main centres, longer to remote communities or in bad weather

Typical delivery times, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and unforeseen events can add to delivery times.

The order cutoff is Friday night

We pack over the weekend for the Monday dispatch, so Friday night is the cutoff we guarantee. Saturday and Sunday orders usually still make it, but we can't guarantee it.

A cold snap can hold your box

If the forecast along the route looks genuinely dangerous, we'll hold your order a week and email you rather than send a plant into it.

Just ask us to hold it
