Pinguicula Soil Mix
Pinguicula Soil Mix
Our custom Pinguicula Soil Mix suits all butterworts. It combines Canadian sphagnum peat, perlite and dolomite lime. The blend is porous and free-draining, holding moisture without staying soggy, while the lime keeps the pH neutral to slightly alkaline, just how butterworts like it.
How to use: wet the mix until it's evenly saturated without being soggy, and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes to expand before you pot your butterwort. It's made with professional-grade perlite and horticultural-grade milled Canadian sphagnum peat. Each bag is measured by hand, always a full scoop, and is resealable and waterproof.
